Children's Privacy Policy

This notice applies to any Offroad Interactive game that is directed to children under 13 in the United States (COPPA), under 16 in the EEA/UK (GDPR-K), and equivalent jurisdictions.
1. What we do not do
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is strictly necessary to run the game.
- We do not serve personalized advertising in child-directed modes.
- We do not share children's data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
2. Limited data we may process
- Device identifiers strictly for security, fraud prevention and basic analytics.
- Gameplay events (progress, score) on-device or in pseudonymous form.
- Crash diagnostics required to keep the game stable.
3. Parental rights
Parents or guardians may review, delete or refuse further collection of their child's information by emailing info@offroadinteractive.com with the child's in-game name, device platform, and the parent's proof of identity. We respond within 30 days.
4. Third-party services
In child-directed titles we only use SDKs certified as compliant with children's privacy standards (e.g., kidSAFE / COPPA-Safe-Harbor-member SDKs or equivalents). We configure them in a manner consistent with Apple's Kids Category and Google Play's Families Policy.
