DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy

OffRoad Group LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a notice of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. How to file a notice
Send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it;
- Your contact information (address, phone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice meeting 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the material 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant files suit.
4. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may subject you to damages.
