Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OffRoad Group LLC ("Offroad Interactive", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information in connection with our websites, mobile games and related services (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Depending on the game or site feature, we may collect:

  • Device & identifier data — device model, OS version, language, country, crash logs, advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID) where permitted, and diagnostic telemetry.
  • Usage data — gameplay events, session length, progression, in-app purchase events (never the card details — those are handled by Apple/Google).
  • Contact data — email address and message content when you write to support, press or privacy inboxes.
  • User-provided content — character names, avatars, and similar content you create inside a game.

Certain titles (e.g., Dubai Offroad, Superhero Maker 3D) declare "no data collected" or "no data shared with third parties" on their storefront Data Safety / App Privacy labels. Where a specific title collects less than this policy permits, the storefront label controls for that title.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain and improve the Services.
  • To deliver in-app purchases, ads (only in titles that disclose ads), analytics and crash reporting.
  • To respond to your requests and support inquiries.
  • To detect fraud, abuse and to enforce our Terms.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

We rely on: (a) performance of a contract, (b) our legitimate interests (running and improving the Services), (c) consent (for optional analytics/ads where required), and (d) legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Service providers — cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, and anti-fraud vendors, bound by contract.
  • Ad networks — only in ad-supported titles; disclosed in each game's storefront privacy label.
  • Apple and Google — they process payments and may process diagnostics under their own privacy policies.
  • Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

5. Children

Some of our games are rated for ages 3+, 4+, 9+, or 12+. Where a game is directed to children under 13, we follow COPPA — see our Children's Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email info@offroadinteractive.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Support correspondence is kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures. No system is perfectly secure, but we continually improve.

10. Changes

We'll post changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted.
