End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a contract between you and OffRoad Group LLC for your use of any game, software or downloadable build (the "Software") developed or published by Offroad Interactive.
1. Licence grant
Subject to this EULA and our Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software (except to the extent applicable law expressly permits); (b) sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise transfer it; (c) remove or obscure proprietary notices; (d) use it to build a competing product; or (e) use cheats, bots or unauthorized third-party software with it.
3. Virtual items
The Software may let you acquire virtual goods or currency. These are licensed — not sold — to you and have no monetary value. We may modify, withdraw or reset them at any time as reasonably necessary.
4. Updates
We may deliver updates, patches and new versions through Apple or Google. Your continued use of the Software after an update means you accept it.
5. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property in it are owned by OffRoad Group LLC or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership.
6. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using the Software and delete it from your devices.
7. Apple-specific terms
If you obtained the Software from the Apple App Store: (i) this EULA is between you and OffRoad Group LLC, not Apple; (ii) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; (iii) Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it.
8. Google-specific terms
If you obtained the Software from Google Play, your use is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
