Refund Policy

All purchases in Offroad Interactive games are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly charge or refund payment methods.
1. How to request a refund
- Apple App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase.
- Google Play: visit Google Play order history, select the purchase, and choose "Report a problem".
2. Our position
We support refunds where the purchase failed to deliver, was accidental, or is required by law (e.g., EU distance-selling rules that apply). For items consumed in-game (e.g., currency already spent), refunds are generally not available.
3. Need help?
If the store denied your request and you believe that was in error, email info@offroadinteractive.com with your order ID — we'll advocate on your behalf where appropriate.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
